I. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between:

II. Product Information and Prices

All product information, including prices and main features, are listed in the online store.

Prices include VAT.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices.

III. Orders and Contract Conclusion

Orders can be placed:

  • via customer account
  • without registration via order form

After placing an order:

✔ the customer receives confirmation by email
✔ this confirmation constitutes a binding purchase contract

IV. Payment Terms

The customer can pay via:

  • bank transfer (IBAN: SK2165000000000020553403)
  • payment card
  • online payment gateway Comgate
  • cash on delivery
  • in-store payment (cash or card)

V. Delivery

Goods are delivered:

  • by courier
  • by personal pickup in Rovinka

Shipping costs and conditions are displayed during checkout.

Large or oversized products may require individual transport arrangements.

VI. Withdrawal from Contract

Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.

The period begins on the day of receiving the goods.

The customer must:

  • return the goods undamaged
  • cover return shipping costs

VII. Complaints and Warranty

Customers have the right to file complaints.

Complaints can be submitted:

  • by email
  • in person

The complaint handling period is max. 30 days.

VIII. Customer Account

Customers must provide accurate data.

The Seller is not responsible for misuse of accounts.

IX. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If the customer is not satisfied, they may contact the Seller.

If no agreement is reached, the customer may contact:

X. Final Provisions
