The controller processes personal data that:
- were provided by the customer
- were obtained during order processing
These include:
- name and surname
- delivery address
- phone number

Legal basis:
- performance of a contract
- legal obligation
- legitimate interest
- consent (for marketing)
Purpose:
- processing orders
- delivery of goods
- customer communication
- accounting
- marketing (only with consent)
The controller does not perform automated decision-making or profiling.
IV. Data Retention Period
Personal data are stored:
- for the duration of the contractual relationship
- up to 10 years as required by law
After this period, data are deleted.
