Methods of transport and payment
WAYS OF TRANSPORT:
Personal collection: Na Pántoch 18, Bratislava - Rača or in a store at Stará Vajnorská 11, Bratislava - Nové Mesto.
You can take over the ordered and paid goods after our confirmation in stock.
The transport company GEIS SK s.r.o. pallet transport - INFO LINE GEIS 18 181 (please prepare the tracking number of the package that we sent you by e-mail)
We will deliver the ordered goods, which we have in stock, to you within 72 hours.
We usually deliver the ordered goods, which the supplier has in stock, within 7 working days, within a maximum of 14 working days.
The price for transport to another city depends on the distance, weight and dimensions of the goods. We strive for our customers to receive the highest quality and cheapest services. We will therefore transport the goods to you with the best possible conditions. We will inform you about the price for transport by e-mail or telephone immediately after sending the order. If you want to know the shipping costs before you place your order, do not hesitate to contact us.
How to choose a zone?
In the following photo, you will find the postal code intervals (from to) that fall into each zone. Choose a zone based on the zip code of the city where the goods will be delivered to you.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- In cash
You pay for personal collection.
- Card at the store
At our store - Stará Vajnorská 11, Bratislava.
- Cash on delivery
You pay when you pick up the goods from the carrier. You can pay in cash (no limit) and by card (up to 650 €).
Online payments the ComGate payment gateway provides for us. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.
- Card payment
The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, enter the card number, validity date and CVC code - three numbers that can be found in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you will receive via SMS from your bank.
Payment is confirmed immediately and we will continue to execute the order without delay.
